ZovdaPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how Zovda handles personal information when you visit www.zovda.com, submit a trial request, or contact us. If you have questions or want your information deleted, email lucas@zovda.com.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect your work email, company, use case, consent choice, and any other information you enter, such as name, company size, target market, or message. We also record the page and landing page, campaign parameters such as gclid and UTM tags, and basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, language, and timestamp.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. These services may collect pages viewed, events such as page_view, form_start, generate_lead, and start_trial, approximate location, device and browser details, referral URL, campaign parameters, and cookie or localStorage identifiers. We store attribution data in your browser's localStorage for up to 90 days; you can clear it in your browser.
How we use information
- Reply to your inquiry and follow up.
- Activate a trial after we confirm your use case.
- Understand site and campaign performance and improve the site.
- Protect the site and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that host the site, measure traffic and advertising, send email, and manage inquiries, and where required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond, manage a customer relationship, and keep business records. Attribution data in your browser is kept for up to 90 days. To request access, correction, or deletion, email lucas@zovda.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.
