Datuva · FAQ

Questions, answered.

What data is covered, how Datuva differs from general-purpose AI, how to integrate, and how billing works.

What data is covered?

Creator profiles, followers and engagement, content, and rate-card fields across major social platforms, delivered through REST APIs and MCP.

How is Datuva different from a general-purpose AI?

A general AI summarizes the open web. Datuva holds first-party, platform-internal and long-archived data — rate cards, CPM and CPE behind login walls, historical timelines — that no web search can reach. AI is the interface; the shelf is the moat.

How do we integrate?

Three ways: REST or MCP APIs for systems and agents, an OpenAI-compatible query interface for conversation, and async export to Excel, OSS or Kafka for downstream pipelines.

How is billing handled?

Free datasets cost nothing. APIs and AI processing are billed per call in credits from one wallet. Enterprise customers settle on annual frameworks with custom quotes.

Who is Datuva for?

Brand marketing teams, MCNs and talent agencies, e-commerce sellers, agencies, consulting and investment researchers, and developers building data-powered agents.
